Woolsbridge Industrial Park

JPP provided a range of services for our client Ankers and Rawlings at their Axis 31 Woolsbridge site positioned on the outskirts of Wimborne in Dorset. Infrastructure Design services for the development incorporate the site drainage strategy and estate roads, along with junctions on to the adjacent roads.

We also provided Structural Engineering services for the individual units.

The initial scheme of 19 small industrial units ranging from 950 sq.ft to 1850 sq.ft for B1 and B8 use are complete, with further industrial units on the site under construction.
