JPP are providing structural and infrastructure services on this £48M multi-storey commercial and residential scheme for Taylor Wimpey.  The approved scheme includes 148 units (35% affordable) and 42,000 sq ft of new commercial and retail space. It comprises reinforced concrete frame structures with light weight construction to upper floors and is designed collaboratively with the structural model developed by the Architects to BIM Level 2.
