Bexleyheath Retail Park

On this project JPP were asked to survey both buildings on the retail park. The first building Bexley Square (132m x75m) consisted of full floor plans and elevations with a topographical survey of the carpark and underground carpark next to the building. The second building The Broadway Centre (250m x 115m) consisted of full floor plans across all four levels, internal elevations of all shop fronts and external elevations around the whole building. Due to the size of the buildings this was a challenging survey as both buildings were on multiple levels and were fully operational during the survey. The reason we were asked to survey these building on behalf of our client were for the intentions of redevelopment on the site and to allow them to see areas that could be utilised for more potential.
