Cropredy Marina

JPP assisted Greenfisher Contracting with the civil engineering design on their earthworks scheme to extend Cropredy Marina and add up to 100 new berths within a new basin created off the existing marina.

JPP’s works extended to:

Levels design and earthworks modelling for the new car park and access track
Investigation works to establish the outfall to an existing ditch crossing the proposed basin and a design for the ditch diversion and subsequent culvert around the basin
Managing the Section 23 application process with the LLFA up to approval
